  • 12 pickled tomatoes
  • 250 – 300 grams of pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 buffalo mozzarella
  • 12 anchovy fillets in oil
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 4 tbsp small black olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

That's how it works:

Wash the peppers and pat dry. Place under the hot oven grill for 5 - 10 minutes, turning regularly so that it is grilled evenly. When almost black, place in a freezer bag and let rest for 15 minutes until soft. Peel off the skin, cut the flesh into strips and remove the seeds.

Drain the pickled tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Preheat the oven to the highest setting between 250 and 300 degrees. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a circle about 30 centimeters in diameter and place it on a floured pizza plate.

Make 8 incisions in the dough from the outside and make star-shaped cuts in the middle. Spread tomato sauce over the remaining surface. Drain the mozzarella, dice it and spread it over the tomato sauce with the grilled peppers, pickled tomatoes, anchovies, diced onions and olives. Drizzle everything with olive oil.

Fold the corners of the dough strips inwards to create a star shape. Bake pizza for 5 – 10 minutes and serve immediately.

  • 350 grams of pizza dough

  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella

Preheat the oven to the highest setting between 250 and 300 degrees. Melt nougat in a water bath. Roll out the dough into two equal-sized circles, place one on a floured pizza plate and spread generously with the nougat. Spread ¾ of the almond flakes on top.

Place the second sheet of dough on top and form a star as follows: Place a glass in the middle of the circle and mark a circle. Divide dough into 16 pieces around the circle. Do not cut to the middle. Twist 2 sections at a time in the opposite direction, pinching the ends together to secure them together.
